All orders are usually processed and posted in 3 working days or less.

UK Postage - Royal Mail 1st Class Post
All costs shown on the website include postage to UK mainland 1st Class.

UK Postage - Express Delivery
For express postage in the UK we have the option for Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm the next day.

Europe and Rest of the World
We also post to selected European and World Countries via Royal Mail Small Packet Service for a small additional charge. If you need a faster delivery for a specific item then let us know.

International buyers:
Import duties, taxes and any customs charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns Policy:
If you believe we have made an error or you believe the item is not up to standard, please let us know within 7 working days of having received the product.
If we have made an error we will despatch a replacement within 3 working days.
